Intuitive operation without a controller

The Neo 2 supports multiple hands-free control methods, such as Palm Takeoff & Landing , Return-to-Palm , and Gesture Control . This allows the drone to be fully operated without a remote control. Additionally, control is possible via smartphone, an optional DJI controller, or FPV accessories.

4K image quality and stable recordings

The drone is equipped with a 1/2-inch, 12-megapixel CMOS sensor with an f/2.2 aperture. Video recording is captured in 4K/60fps , with support for 4K/100fps slow motion . A 2.7K vertical shooting mode is available for social media .
DJI's Portrait Optimization technology automatically optimizes brightness, contrast, and skin tones. The combination of a mechanical 2-axis gimbal and Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) ensures stable and smooth footage.

Flying safely and stably

One of the most important upgrades of the Neo 2 is omnidirectional obstacle detection . The system consists of monocular vision sensors, LiDAR on the front , and an infrared sensor on the underside , which recognize obstacles in real time.
Thanks to the Versatile Flight functionality, the drone remains stable and hovers even in challenging environments such as over water, snow, or indoors. The Neo 2 can withstand wind speeds up to 10.7 m/s (wind force 5) and supports Return to Home (RTH) .

When the drone is connected to a smartphone, audio can be recorded via the phone's microphone. Smart noise cancellation filters propeller noise from the recording, enabling clear audio during solo recordings.

DJI Neo 2 Digital Transceiver

The DJI Neo 2 Digital Transceiver is required for use with DJI controllers or FPV goggles . It is not needed for operation via smartphone, Gesture Control, or Voice Control. The transceiver is included as standard with the Fly More variants, but not as standard with the Drone Only version .
